"A Midsummer Night's Dream": just about everything will be in season on this August retreat, and we'll feature a buffet of appetizers, plated salad, 1st course, entrees, and dessert.
Join Fresh Catering for a 5-course meal prepared by chef Gary Silverman. Spend an evening enjoying local fresh lamb, chicken, and pork along with ingredients hand-picked by at the Farmette, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and fresh herbs.
Beverages ~ This farm dinner is also a benefit for Southern Mutts Rescue. They will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
