Join us for a multi-course culinary experience under the stars as we celebrate the summer harvest at the Lyons Farmette. Chef Grant Buchanan of GB Culinary will create a delectable 3-course farm dinner using fresh local ingredients sourced from his own Peachtree Farmstead in Longmont, the Lyons Farmette, and other farms local to Boulder County.
Beverages ~ This farm dinner is also a benefit for Arts on the River ~ an incredible evening at River Bend on August 28th with art and classical music. The LAHC will be selling wine and beer at the dinner to benefit this event. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
Chef Grant Buchanan is the owner and executive chef of GB Culinary, a boutique catering company providing the Front Range with a unique approach to food, sourced locally and made from scratch. With his roots in southern cuisine, Grant further refined his cooking skills while training in France, then landed on the Front Range, where his passion for local food and sustainable farming became the foundation for GB Culinary. $85.
