Join Will and Coral of Cured and their amazing Culinary and Catering Team for an evening on the farm. With a menu inspired by all that Colorado has to offer in this most bountiful time of the year, Cured works with both the Farmette and its partner farms, butchers, cheesemakers, and salumerias to highlight the finest ingredients with simple, elegant, yet playful presentations. This year, Herb Eckhouse, founder of La Quercia Meats, will be joining Cured for a meal showcasing his Prosciutto Americano, sliced on the farm! Paired wines and beers from Cured's wine shop will be offered, benefitting GROWING GARDENS and making for a both delicious and charitable complement to an amazing evening on the Farmette. Dinner will be $115 per person with wine pairings offered at additional cost on site.
Beverages ~ This farm dinner is also a benefit for Growing Gardens. Growing Gardens will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
