Join us for a locally sourced, well balanced, seven course tasting meal in which we'll strive to treat vegetables and meat with equal love and respect, get the most out of all the ingredients to avoid any waste, try to tell stories with the food and make memories as a community in this beautiful part of the world we happen to find ourselves in.
We want to acknowledge the privilege, all of us, of having the opportunity to cook and eat food grown in our community by people we know and consider friends; a luxury that most people in this country don't have and encourage conversation among guests about the very real issues of food inequality, sustainability and waste in our society.
All of the produce will naturally be sourced from the Farmette, supplemented by Stonebridge Farm, Rocky Mountain Fresh, Aspen Moon Farm, etc and where possible, all proteins will be sourced within Boulder county.
All profits from the sale of beer and wine will go to the Lyons Community Foundation, with focus on Lyons Emergency Assistance Fund (LEAF) and the Lyons Ecology Board. 10% of net ticket sales will also be forwarded to LCF.
