Butcher & The Blonde Farm Dinner
The Butcher and The Blonde’s hospitality team is pleased to welcome you for a dining experience celebrating the Lyons, Farmette landscape and highlighting it's sun-kissed, summer harvest. Chef Thomas Brome and his culinary team will prepare a multi-course dinner using local produce and locally raised meats marinated with fresh herbs & braised to perfection. Yes, we love using local meats, but one of the beauties of our front range harvest is that there is something for all taste preferences and dietary needs. Meat eaters and non-meat eaters will both enjoy unique Colorado ingredients and flavors.
Date: Wednesday July 17th from 6-9pm
Cost: $100 per person
Beverages ~ This farm dinner is also a benefit for the Colorado Haiti Project. They will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
