DINNER
Rosetta Hall will host a family-style, Colorado inspired Thai feast at the Farmette this Summer. When produce peaks at the end of July our favorite fruits and veggies lend themselves to the fresh, bold flavors of Thailand. Coincidentally, this is also one of our most loved concepts at Rosetta Hall.
The meal will start off with bright, flavorful bites before tucking into an array of colorful salads and small plates utilizing melon and tomatoes. From there we'll showcase eggplant, fresh curry, beans and peppers alongside sticky glazed pork ribs. No Summer menu is complete without sweet corn and peaches, both of which will be featured in playful versions of classic Thai desserts.

This farm dinner is also a benefit for Rocky Mountain Botanic Gardens. The RMBG team invites all guests to join them for a free guided tour fo the gardens before dinner. Details will be sent to all guests ahead of time. They will be selling wine and beer at dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
*Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. However, if you cancel, you’ll pay the Eventbrite service fees. If we have to cancel the dinner, you will receive a full refund.
