Do you have a lot of produce coming out of the garden that you’d like to preserve? Pickle it! Learn how in this hands-on workshop on quick-pickling, or countertop pickling. Pickle your beets, radishes, carrots - and of course cucumbers. This is a great way to keep your fresh veggies for a few extra weeks. We’ll go through the basic process and try our hand at a jar!

Included: instruction, mason jar, vegetables, spices.
