In this workshop we will prove em right. And you will leave having successfully baked your very own pie.
We will focus on crust, and dough-wrangling in this very hands-on pie primer, along with the ABC’s of fruit pie thickeners. You’ll leave this class with a whole bunch of confidence, and you'll be the toast of the next picnic!
About the instructor: Dawn Dennison learned pie from her grandmother. She’s been making them for years. She also owns a wood-fired pizza catering company, is is the founder of Crosscut Pizzeria in Nederland.
