Grant has been getting into the buzz of bees since the spring of 2013 when he took his first beekeeping class. Since then, he's been keeping hives on the Farmette and encouraging others in the community to fall in love with these hard-working honey makers. When he isn't working the flower fields you can find him watching the bees fly home to the hive after a long days work.
Attention all Homesteaders and Beekeeping Wannabees: We're hosting a spring beekeeping introductory class for any procrastinators looking to start a hive during the summer of 2017... it's not too late to order bee packages, do some at-home research, and get into the buzz of beekeeping!
