Winter Attunement is a practice designed to help you arrive and sync with the season of Winter. The class will focus on supporting your Kidneys and Urinary Bladder, the organs associated with Winter in Chinese Medicine.
While you marinate in Yin shapes, there will be mindfulness guides and readings. It is an opportunity to take your practice deeper and intentionally live with the seasons.
