Our chefs will transform hand selected ingredients from the Farmette into an unforgettable presentation of local goodness and a celebration of community. Our annual farm dinner at the Farmette is one of our most spectacular culinary productions and a wonderful showcase of what we do best. This dinner is a fundraiser for PRIDE (Partners for Rural Improvement and Development in Ethiopia).
Using hand chosen ingredients from the Farmette and other local farms, Sugar Pine’s award-winning chef Carrie Grenier and her culinary team will prepare a truly locavore farm-to-plate experience that promises to be an exceptional event that you will savor for a long time. Wine and beer sold at this dinner will benefit the Give Back Yoga Foundation.
Join Blackbelly chef Hosea Rosenberg and his culinary dream team at the gorgeous creekside lawn. This evening is sure to impress you with a seasonal multi-course dinner prepared with hand-chosen ingredients from the Farmette. Wine and beer sold at this dinner will benefit the Boulder County Arts Alliance.
Chef Grant Buchanan of GB Culinary will create a delectable 3-course farm dinner using fresh local ingredients sourced from his own Peachtree Farmstead in Longmont, the Lyons Farmette, and other farms local to Boulder County. Wine and beer sold at this dinner will benefit the Lyons Arts & Humanities Council and will support Arts on the River ~ an incredible evening at River Bend on August 28th with art and classical music.
"A Midsummer Night's Dream": just about everything will be in season on this August retreat, and we'll feature a buffet of appetizers, plated salad, 1st course, entrees, and dessert.
With a menu inspired by all that Colorado has to offer in this most bountiful time of the year, Cured works with both the Farmette and its partner farms, butchers, cheesemakers, and salumerias to highlight the finest ingredients with simple, elegant, yet playful presentations.
