Depending on the day and venue, our fees range from $5,500 to $9,000 to rent our properties from 12:00pm to 11:00pm. Please see the Farmette and River Bend pages for pricing and book a tour for more information.

Both venues have limits on volume, but you can have plenty of fun!

The Farmette: Amplified music at a regulated decibel level. Bands without drums are allowed.

River Bend: A purely acoustic venue. Amplification is allowed at certain times and for certain purposes. We encourage silent discos ☺

Property rental is from 12noon to 11pm. Party is over at 10pm.

The Farmette includes 1 portable amplifier with both a corded and a cordless microphone and inputs for an iPod or laptop and up to 2 amplified instruments, plus 2 mic stands. The second sound system includes two large speakers and a mixer for dancing.

River Bend includes 1 portable amplifier with both a corded and a cordless microphone plus 2 mic stands. To be used for ceremony and toasting only.

At the Farmette:

• Use of all facilities, including plumbed-in restrooms, commercial kitchen space, Airstream bridal suite, sailcloth tent, wedding lawn, and extensive gardens.

• Tables and chairs for up to 125 people.

• Vintage 1954 Chevy truck to be placed where you like.

• Services of a venue manager to turn on lights, maintain bathrooms, set up sound systems, light bonfire, and solve any venue-related issues.

• A one-hour walk-through consultation with Farmette staff, and time for a rehearsal on the day before your wedding.

At River Bend:

• Use of all facilities, including plumbed-in restrooms, catering tent, glamping tent bridal suite and groomsmen’s cottage, sail-cloth tent, wedding lawn and stone patio.

• Tables and chairs for up to 200 people.

• Services of a venue manager to turn on lights, maintain bathrooms, set up sound systems, light bonfire, and solve any venue-related issues.

• A one-hour walk-through consultation with River Bend staff, and time for a rehearsal on the day before your wedding.

Yes; both venues are equipped with enough tables and chairs for the maximum guest capacity, along with extras for welcome tables, DJs, and so forth. Tables are 8’ plastic banquet tables, and chairs are a blonde wood with cream-colored cushions.

Yes; both venues have plumbed-in restrooms. The Farmette has 6 stalls and an ADA handicapped porta-potty, while River Bend has 5 stalls, including a plumbed-in ADA handicapped stall.

At the moment, we do not have in-house coordination. We work very closely with Dahlia Events and Designs, and we strongly recommend hiring them for your wedding, since they have so much experience at our venues.

When you book our venue, we will assign you a venue manager, who will answer any of your questions via email or phone, lead your 1-hour walk-through consultation, schedule your rehearsal, and be onsite to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

Caterers, bartenders, and DJs must come from our preferred vendor list. Never fear - we have 23 catering companies, 8 food trucks, and 10 DJs on the list. We are open to other professional DJs with great references.

Smoking is NOT allowed at either venue, even outside, except in designated smoking areas.
