Join Blooms and Brushes for a beautifully fun Mother's Day workshop where attendees will be instructed step-by-step to create a gorgeous floral arrangement by local wedding florist, Kelly of Lilac & Sage Studio. Next, local artist, Amanda Faubus, will teach students to create an abstract painting, mirroring the colors of their floral arrangement. Attendees will be able to take home both their floral arrangement and painting to enjoy!

Meet Kelly! A Mother to a stubborn French Bulldog, lover of art, and owner of Lilac & Sage Studio a company devoted to wedding florals in CO. Kelly will lead all students through the floral design portion of the workshops. Step by step techniques and floral tips will be shared so students can take home the arrangements they create to enjoy with newfound floral knowledge!
Meet Amanda! A Mother to 5 wonderful souls, an artist, a creative entrepreneur, a wonderfully kind human being. Amanda will guide all students through the abstract art painting portion of our workshops, incorporating the painting techniques she uses in her own artwork with large brush strokes, and beautiful color palettes.
